Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

We offer $9 FLAT RATE SHIPPING for all orders under $80.  If your order is over $80, shipping is FREE.  We ship within 1-3 business days.

UnEarthed® shipping hours of operation are M-F 8am-4pm.  Our goal is always to ship your products out in one business day.  Some products are made to order (68 oz. 3-Wick Candle).  It takes approximately three days to make.  If your item(s) will be held for any other reason, we will contact you to see if you would like to wait for the order, if you would like something different or if you would like to cancel your order. 

There is only one other reason that your order could be delayed and that is if we are in the hot months of the year (late May through early September).  If so, when you attempt to make a purchase, you will see a pop-up notification on our website, stating that orders could be delayed due to heat. During the hot months we may choose not to ship your order on a Friday to keep it from sitting in a hot shipping warehouse over any given weekend or during a heat wave.

REFUNDS/RETURNS AND DAMAGED PACKAGES

We stand behind our products 100% so we don't believe in short return windows.  We want you to love and enjoy everything you purchase from Unearthed® Candles.  If for any reason you don’t, simply return your unused, in-original-condition item,  to Unearthed® Candles, 120 Corporate Dr. Frankfort, KY for a full refund or exchange. I f you feel your item has a factory problem or has been damaged in shipping, please email us for brief discussion and instructions.   info@unearthedcandles.com

  1. All items should be packed well or, preferably, returned in the original packaging.
  2. Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
  3. Please enclose a copy of your order invoice and include which items are being returned  for a refund or replacement.  Include what replacement if applicable.
  4. You may request a return or exchange at any time, as long as your product is in good condition and not a seasonal product.  Please contact info@unearthedcandles.com
  5. If you simply no longer wish to keep your item(s) and return it to Unearthed®, unused and in good condition, we will refund your money in full.  
BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS
    If your product is damaged in shipping or somehow defective, we request that you e-mail a photo of the front, top (without lid) and bottom of the damaged or defective items to info@unearthedcandles.com. We will either replace it or provide a refund.
